It is really cleanly structured. What happen to the first image of the store you had that day? At first I thought why didn't you leave the labels "home", "menu", etc. static in the first page since that was the navigation. But then you had a secondary navigation when you click into the further pages. So I guess that's ok.
I think that you have resolved the original problems of misleading images/images that did not tell the story or do the job intended on the splash page, and the navigation now works very nicely. This is a simple site, that does it's job well.
