Very simple and clean site. The video/preview is a very good idea but it plays a little too fast. Its a bit too repetitive when you go back to the homepage from another page and the video plays again. If you could add a play button so that you actually have to click it every time to play would work better.
The site is simple and works quite well. The video preview is given too much prominence on the front page, and becomes repetitive every time that you have to navigate back home, and it restarts. I suggest that you implement a universal navigation solution, whereby the video only appears on the front page when you first open the page, and only once upon first arriving, and the navigation bar doesn't disappear, but stays in place when you navigate to the secondary pages. Then your work images would simply appear in the ample real estate (page space) that you have on the main page, and there would be no need to navigate back and forth as you currently do.
