Looks very professional. Nice job!
As a demo, and using the Firefox browser, this site works very well. Unfortunately the navigation disappears in Safari. The universal navigation works very well in Firefox though, and the flash animation on rollovers etc is nicely restrained. The look and feel is excellent for the target audience, and all of those (non-functional, tantalizing) options for arranging meetings and syncing contacts gives a very realistic impression of the potential of your concept.
